Why I do this
I've run the business, not just built the software
Running my own e-commerce business taught me where the hours actually go in a small company. It's rarely the big strategic stuff. It's the inbox, the phone, the quotes, and the follow-ups that slip when you're busy doing the actual work.
That's what I build for now. Not AI for the sake of AI, but practical systems that give real hours back in a real week, explained without jargon and handed over so your team can run them. I work with businesses in Leland, Wilmington and the Cape Fear region in person, and anywhere else remotely.
