Do I need to be technical?
No. I handle the technical side and train your team on the parts they use day to day. If you can use email and a calendar, you can use what I build.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local and service businesses where the owner or a small team is buried in follow-ups, scheduling, quotes, and admin. Contractors, home services, real estate, clinics, agencies, and similar.
What does "from $2,500" depend on?
How many tools it has to connect to, how much custom logic it needs, and how many people will use it. You get a fixed price before anything starts, and the price doesn't change unless the scope does.
What if the audit finds AI isn't worth it for my business yet?
Then the plan says so, and tells you what to fix first. Plenty of the best wins are simple automations that don't need AI at all.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Accounts are set up in your business's name, and you get the logins and documentation at handoff.
Is my business data safe?
I only access what a project needs, use your accounts rather than mine wherever possible, and don't use your data for anything else. See the privacy policy.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most work happens over video calls and screen shares, and local businesses can ask for an in-person audit.
